Burda Style For people who sew

My first project for BurdaStyle!
This apron was a gift for my Mum and I had planned it with red material in mind. But unfortunately I couldn’t find anything suitable (Dear Spotlight, there are other ways to use red fabric besides Christmas-themed decorations. Please revise stock.) So Mum got pink instead.
I half used the BSC Apron pattern for the bodice, and traced a slightly gathered skirt from another dress pattern. Very proud of my rolled hems, done by hand (obviously still machine stitched) because I couldn’t figure out how to use my rolled hem foot.
