My first time ever to sew a garment! Super easy elastic-waisted skirt, I didn’t use a pattern. Made out of some cheap polyester material that was on sale at Jo-ann’s (Note to self: STOP BUYING POLYESTER!) and several layers of tulle. I know it’s not technically a tutu, but I still love the poofiness, and it gets lotsa fun looks when I wear it out. :]
Worn in these pictures with a vintage tube top and vest.
