  Oh, that’s so youthful and, as you said, fresh. It must feel wonderful in silk, especially when the low side of the hem swishes as you walk. I like the way the dominant downward curve on the fabric design leads the eye in the direction of the hem (you placed your pattern piece in the perfect place). I like the straps too; they’re so unusual, and you did a good job of crafting them.
