i made this archer button up (grainline studio patterns) out of a steely-blue rayon challis. i’ve made a few dress shirts for my husband lately, so it was nice to sew one up for myself! while i initially didn’t really love the ruffle butt version, it slowly grew on me and i decided to try it out. turns out, i really love the ruffle and feminine touch on an otherwise boxy-ish shirt. this is just the first of many archers that will end up in my closet. the directions are thorough and this pattern has all the standard details of a rtw button up. i highly recommend this pattern!
