Elmira Heights, ...
I have a bad habit of making things out of season – I knit hats and scarves in the summer and now I’m making a knit romper when New York’s winter has no signs of leaving anytime soon. Oh well.
The pattern was ridiculously easy. Honestly, the most difficult step is finding enough space to lay out the fabric to cut it. Otherwise, I had no problems. I chose a dark blue knit that has a slight gold shimmer with a four-way stretch like the pattern recommends. It is so comfortable! I spent a lot of time fiddling with different ways to tie it for the photoshoot and I’m sure I’ll find more ways when it gets warm enough to actually wear out.
