When I got this it was originally a skirt. The seams ran right down the front, causeign the stripes to fall in an unflattering diagonal pattern right accross the butt. It’s only real redeaming feature were these cool ‘bamboo’ buttons that were in the front as decoration.
I ripped the whole thing apart and just kind of played with the shapes until I fashioned it into a halter type top. The cool buttons now fasten at the side – one for a strap behind the neck, and another behind the back.
This was a really fun one to make!
An old skirt.

There WAS a picture of the back . . . I decided not to put it up because it made me look really naked, it’s just 2 straps really. It sounds really silly and prudish though now, haha.

Looks nice. I always love a good re-make. Have you got a photo of the back?
