My sister wanted a skirt she saw at a clothing website. looking at it closely i discovered that i could make it.
It is simple enough, now one of my quick fixes that i have also posted a tutorial on it.
It is made up of a few lines of shirring at the waist with belt loops. Will be a easy summer skirt to make
