This was made as a birthday gift for a woman in my swim class.
Material Notes
Outside is light blue/grey paisly patterned shower curtain. Inside is cream material with an arrow like pattern. Trim is blue and white lace. The buttons were reclaimed from a pair of pants. The strap is a white cord purchased at the local Wal-Mart.
