Dumont, New Jers...
Ever find yourself looking at something thinking how well that would work for something completely different? I happened to be walking through a shop and spotted nice cotton Easter placemats. They were okay as placemats but what I saw was a great new sewing project and a gift for my stepdaughter. The size was already set, the pattern was started…I just needed to fill in the blanks.
Cotton placemat, 2 metal rings, 1 zipper, 30cm long, Assorted ribbons and yarn for embroidery and yarn for crocheted shoulder strap.
