I don’t know about you but I’m sick and tired of making lovely skirt only to find out after the fact that I used sheer or somewhat see through fabric. Hence the half slip. I did a simple elastic cased waist band, and the real work was creating all the tiny strips of ruching at the bottom, and carefully finishing the edges of each side so I wouldn’t have many loose threads.
