A red petticoat to go under a wedding gown. It has an extra layer of pouffy net in it to make the back stick out more than the front.

    So pretty! I think I am going crazy, but I am in love with reds lately (before it was blues and the white/all-shades-of-grey/black range). ;-) Are you making the wedding dress itself too? Will we see it?

      Giggle… yes! One bridal gown, three bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride (making now) and something for me! I also have 4 little bags to make for the girls…

You’ve got your work cut out for you!!! ;-) Since you mentioned “something for yourself” and “Mother of the Bride” separately, may I assume it’s a friend or a relative that’s getting married? If so (and even if it’s not) – congratulations to them!!! ;-) And good luck with the remaining garments and bags!!!!

      Amy counts as adopted niece, really. I’ve known her and her family for 16 years. Her mum is a friend and colleague from teaching.
