A red petticoat to go under a wedding gown. It has an extra layer of pouffy net in it to make the back stick out more than the front.
Fully lined to keep the net off the wearer.

So pretty! I think I am going crazy, but I am in love with reds lately (before it was blues and the white/all-shades-of-grey/black range). ;-) Are you making the wedding dress itself too? Will we see it?

Ooops, should have looked into the activity first – you did make the wedding gown!!! I am going to look at it right now… ;-)

Giggle… yes! One bridal gown, three bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride (making now) and something for me! I also have 4 little bags to make for the girls…

Wow!!! You’ve got your work cut out for you!!! ;-) Since you mentioned “something for yourself” and “Mother of the Bride” separately, may I assume it’s a friend or a relative that’s getting married? If so (and even if it’s not) – congratulations to them!!! ;-) And good luck with the remaining garments and bags!!!!

Amy counts as adopted niece, really. I’ve known her and her family for 16 years. Her mum is a friend and colleague from teaching.
