Since I started sewing there have be more and more projects that while as one time might have seemed scary, now feel like a breeze. I don’t know if pants will ever be among them, but I figured I just had to try!
So I made these Colette Patterns Clover pants. And you know what? I adore them. The fit is great (ignore the wrinkles, I’ve worn them like five times! Time to wash them…), they were easy to put together, insanely comfortable, and, because I made them in a wool lycra blend, warm and cosy. I can’t wait to make more! Maybe in a sassy Better Draper style plaid, and in stretch twill, for the spring, oh, the possibilities are endless! I wouldn’t say pants are easy, but these pants are really easy. Thanks for the crazy easy to use pattern, Sarai. You are the best.
Wool-Lycra Blend, gutterman thread, invisible zipper.
