I present the “Plumed Serpent”, a neck corset entirely handmade. The exterior is made of an imitation of reptile skin and the interior is lined with thick black cotton. Black feathers held together by a plaited cord decorate the edge of the corset while thin black stones catch the light. Ten bones help your posture, sixteen eyelets and a black satin ribbon close the corset.

Your creations are truly inspiring. I’ve always loved the idea of having clothes that are self-made, but that goes double so for anything that is less your run-off-the-mill outfit. I was at a burlesque show a while back and the entire time the only thing on my mind was who made what themselves :) Great work, I am now officially liking you on Facebook ;)
