I made this cute dress for a cousin of mine, she’s 16 and it was a huge success !
The only thing that I’ve changed to the Burda pattern, was the back, but it suited her right.
Because it was a prom, I felt the need to add a ribbon on the waist, with a dark tulle and satin rose, just for contrast.
I have to admit that I kind of have problems with adding the Burda pattern That helped me do this project, in it’s “Based on” field… so if someone it’s kind enough to help me with this issue, because I’m new here and I like to learn more about it <3
The Burda Style pattern that served me as example, was 8/2012 #133, the Swing dress!!!

So cute, the perfect prom dress indeed! Love how you’ve changed the back.
As far as the issue with adding the based on.. project goes, I find it most helpful to first locate the page with the Burda pattern you were using, and keep it open in another tab. Then you start typing the exact name of the pattern in based on field (in this case it would be Swing Dress 08/2012 #133). You will need to pause for a moment after you type each word, and wait for the list of all burda patterns that has a similar name to appear beneath the field. When you see the pattern you’re looking for listed, just click on it and it will be added. Hope this will help you :)
