Description
Meet the Penelope Pom Pom skirt – a full circle gathered skirt made from a self drafted pattern. I used a poly cotton blend that has a really nice weight and my favourite – pom pom trim! its so delightfully retro, which makes up for the hassle involved in sewing it on.
