This started out as a test of McCall 4450, but then my sister moved to Mexico and gave me the pieces of a patchwork quilt she had been working on, along with most of the rest of her fabric, and I kind of went nuts. I was going for a seventies hippie feel, I guess. The ruffle, which has octopi on it, was from an aborted skirt. I added it and the bust gather to the pattern- it’s also supposed to be lined, but I cheated and just did a facing.
Quilting cotton.
