Corduroy overalls for my toddler-baby. I drafted the pattern using a sleeper to estimate the size and shape needed, made a muslin to check the fit, and then cut the cord. I lined the lower 4" of the pant legs and the bib, straps and pocket with a contrast cotton print, and used the same cotton to make covered buttons. They (and she) are almost unbearably cute.
Apologies for the not particularly well-posed photos: toddlers really don’t make cooperative models.
