This is a jersey dress made from a ripple effect fabric that was bought in the seaside town of Blackpool, UK. The dress is a tube shape with one seam and holes cut out for the arms, the seam is either worn in the back or the front and with a little adjustment for the neck line front and back cowl drape and a tie for the neck. Blackpool seems to be a place where there are wonderful fabric shops for a seaside town, I believe this has a lot to do with the fact that is has entertainment venues with stage shows etc and caters for a wider range of costume fabric.
I made this dress especially for my friend Stacey birthday party.
