Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I just love clothes that work hard for me!
I got the idea from a Youtube video (linked under Credits).
This dress is so easy to make: there is only one pattern piece, that is cut twice (back and front are identical). No zipper, no elastic, no buttons.
It can be tied in a number of ways – fitted or loose.
It can take you from morning at the office, to a stroll on the beach, and even a night out.
Made in light-weight jersey, it will make an excellent travel piece.

I think the concept is fantastic- and you can even play with the top design too- it is really only the bottom part that is adjustable- I am definitely inspired!!!!!

Are those pin tucks? I ask because I love the concept of the dress but I also love the texture of the fabric and of course, the color choice. ;o) I enjoy yours more than the video version !!!
