Burda Style For people who sew
Description
The BurdaStyle Sewing Handbook Blouse and my sixth garment in my winter wardrobe challenge. Eliminated the side-zipper but other than that I stuck close to the original pattern.
Material Notes
1 yard polka dot poly blend, 1 yard silk voile, and a bit of 1/4" elastic

Gorgeous! I was wondering too about omitting the side zipper – you had no issues after doing that? I just bought the book last night after seeing your blouse and Alana’s blouse (and after not getting the book for Christmas – boo). Love your version! Cheers!

No, no issues eliminating the zipper. I did check the measurements to make sure that my bust would clear the waist (when stretched) and vice versa. I’d recommend doing the same.
