Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I used Burda pattern 8072. This was my biggest project to date, my first dress. I wanted a warm dress to take me through the autumn and winter. The pattern recommended lightweight denims, cottons and linen. But I wanted a thick wool dress, so I chose a thick acrylic/wool from my local market. The material reminds me of the sort of fabric that is used to upholster chairs in offices and doctors surgery’s, hence the Office Chair Dress. I love the shape of the dress on me; it is going to be hard to top this I think.Categories

Yep, I have worn it on my bike as well. I get laughed at when i where skirts on my bike by my work colleagues. It’s good to know I am not the only one.
