Description
This piece is constructed from brilliant red cotton at the skirt and lovely sheeny sand colored poly-cotton farbic at the waist and suspenders. The skirt is a basic pencil shape with a flat front and gathers at the sides and back of the waist. The wide waist band is accented with two corresponding red buttons. The close-set suspenders come out from the wide waist band to extend over each shoulder, and work to situate the waist band just at the true waist. The suspenders and waistband with soft cream muslin.
