I inherited this fabric from a wonderful woman who is sadly no longer with us – but everytime I wear this dress I think of her and it instantly makes me happy!! The pattern that I used happened to use the exact same material for the example on the cover! So I was pretty proud of it when I finished it and it looked exactly like the pattern!

Thank you!! Well, when I was cutting it out, I made sure the stripes for the two layers lined up exactly, that way when I sewed it they’d match up :)
