*Okay…it was a curtain, a cute one, nevertheless.
I don’t think I’ve ever used more than two different fabrics for a single item. This dress took three types of pale pink cotton blend, a bit of a beige curtain and a bunch of white cotton. Keeping that in mind, it turned out pretty okay. Except the buttonholes, oh the buttonholes. Still, parting was a bit sad when a lovely lady decided to buy it.
The pattern is from Burda 03/2007.
P.S. Please excuse the cliche summery-dress-with-a-winter-backdrop photos – the flat looks like a very busy atelier (messy in a non-chic manner) and is therefore not fit for background purposes.
cotton, cotton blend, bits and pieces, wild kitchen curtain

You made me laugh because you aren´t barefooted like me on one picture of my projects. :-)))
