This was my homecoming dress for our dance this year. It’s crepe back satin, fully lined and a major pain in the butt. The directions tell you how to insert an invisible zipper WRONG, so that took me forever to fix, but in general, it was a simple design. It’s McCall’s #5382, if you are wondering. I even got stopped in the bathroom about how pretty it is. They practically peed in their pants when I said I MADE IT! I also brought along the “I wish I were Asian Clutch.” Ben even wore the tie I made him =)
Crepe back satin, lining, invisible zipper [for dress]. Satin [for tie]. Brocade and lining [for bag].

Good job! Looks nice on you, but I would prefer deeper cut in the neckline, more V-cut shape:)
