Description

I’m really loving fun and funky fabrics lately!

I used Burda 8176 (paper pattern purchased from JoAnns) as the starting pattern for this skirt. I adjusted the length so it was slightly above the knee and drafted and added my own underskirt/lining as a preventative measure for windy days. You know what I’m talking about! Lol. This was my first time drafting and adding a lining.

You can read more about my sewing process and find a mini-review of the pattern I used in this blog post

Cute and fun, and also very well coordinated!!! The shirt matches your shoes, and the necklace matches the skirt to a T!

I love the fabric of this very nice skirt julib. Good idea to put in a lining and you have done a great job.
