Description

I’m calling this the “heirloom” top because the fabric was from the leftover of a dress my mum made me when I was a little girl. It’s a white cotton seersucker, with a cute strawberries print.

I only had about a yard of this so I made New Look 6965, view A, with some alterations. It was very simple to make and took less than a day to finish. I was nervous about cutting into this piece of vintage fabric, but am happy with how it’s turned out, and I think I did the 20 odd year old fabric justice (wow I feel old…)
