This skirt is constructed from a beautiful peach cotton-poly fabric with a woven dot relief patter and a lovely sheen. The wide aline skirt has generous gathers all the way around the skirt. This waist band is accented with appliques of the same fabric, rimmed in brilliant black. The wide waistband is accented with a huge, black, velvet covered button.

what pattern did you use (if any)? Love the color combo as well as the idea… looks retro with a modern, classy twist. So unique!

So feminine, and I also love the blush/black combo. It looks like something a starlet wear in the late 1950’s. That detail on the front is so fun!
