Description

This bag was made for my son, at his request.
I took the chart for the front from Ravelry (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/hp-house-fair-isle-pouch-bags). The back has my son’s initials and was drafted by me using excel.
It is 36×29cm, and is fully lined. I made the lining from an old skirt I had.
The finishing took a lot of work, as both the zipper and the lining are hand-sewn.
But he’s so happy, that all the hard work was worth it!

Material Notes

yarn – polyester, lining – some suiting material 25cm zipper.

Thanks Magda! This is not machine knitting, it is knit by hand on 2 needles. The excel chart is guiding me how to knit, as every cell in the chart represents one stitch. I had the chart for the fron t ready, made by the designer of that bag (in the link attached above), I did only the chart for the back.

How cool! Amazing how much work and creativity you (and others users) put in halloween costumes!
