Description
This summer dress is constructed out of floral challis fabric with a semi-sheer red chiffon back. This dress features spaghetti straps that tie at the shoulders. It gathers with elastic at the waist for a sure fit. The skirt features a strip of chiffon towards the hem. It is fully lined with red chiffon.
