I started out with verypurpleperson’s mini wallet tutorial, then I decided it was too small for my stuff, so I started recalculating all its dimensions and then cut and sewed, only to realize too late that verypurpleperson had a larger size wallet tutorial with dimensions almost identical to my own :S, that’s when I went: Geeze!
Excuse the very poor top stitching, which I redid twice only to make it worse.
Also, note to myself: velcro is not an acceptable coin pocket closure material… geeze!
This wallet project is perfect for left overs, it makes you feel like nothing is wasted.
Denim plus only God and expert sewers know what the flowery pattern material is called.

I have fixed my wallet, took the poorly done topstitching and hand sewn the binding instead, what a difference. I have been using this wallet and it works, the only thing is, the cards tend to want to slip out, so I am not sure if it is because of the fabric I chose, or cause them slots need to be deeper… got to think about that one for next project.
