Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I didn’t have enough fabric to do the usual ruffles (and I have a couple of regular versions already) so I tried a variation, inspired by this recent blouse
As to why it’s evil? It’s complicated.

I have no idea what fibre this is. It was a present. Rayon, maybe?
