Description

I really wanted a fitted Qipao — chinese traditional dress. So this is a test run. I used a stretchy checkered pattern and made sure to match the lines. I think it turned out well! I also made my own frog buttons when i found out that it sells for $3 each in fabric stores :P It has piping on top, and it was a little long for me. Also, i shrunk it a little when printing the pattern to fit me better, but the front button part was probably shrunk inproportionally, because they didnt match eachother.

Could you explain how to print PDF pattern. It all seems to go in one page. All instructions I’ve read refer to multipage PDF patterns. I hope you can see what I mean)))

Yes! I can make my own QiPao that WILL going to fit me! (The one I had is long and it’s not really flattering at the top, it was loose >.< )

This dress suits you so well. Great fabric choice. I wanted to try that pattern too, but I did not find the right fabric yet
