Description

The next part of my Elizabethan Project is complete, the kirtle. Made using a commercial pattern, it is the underpart of the dress. Smock, sleeves and top gown still to go; but it’s starting to look like something now.

Material Notes

Orange damask and black cotton with coutil and cotton drill linings.
Stainless steel bones, eyelets and lacings.
