I made this corset for fun (to see if i can make it look good in- and outside). There is so much bone (busk) in it that its pretty hard to wear a long time.
Cotton popelin, interfacing, plastic & metal boning, ribbon… eyelets made by shoemaker.

Wow! for a fist time corseter, you did an amazing job! If you decide to make more, the best bonning ever is spiral steel. It’s about the same price as plastic, but is much stronger, and because of the spirals, it flexes in every direction, making it much more comfortable too! you can mail order from loads of sites. Keep up the great work!
