the coat’s so pretty! coats scare me too, the fabric is gonna be expensive so not finishing is not an option

Actually, this is just a band which ties in the back. The original pattern doesn’t have any pockets. And since I really like pockets I added the “in-seam” ones. :)

Looks good, well done. It’s funny how completely different it looks to the one I made, just different fabric. (and I didn’t do the concealed buttons, they were too nice to hide)

I checked yours right now and it really looks a bit different. But I like it anyway. :) About concealed buttons: I really had issues understanding the sewing instructions in German. I’m still not sure if I made them the right way. :)
