Description

This dress accidentally happened to me. I was trying to clean out my wardrobe to make some space when I came across an ancient tube top, which I literally hadn’t worn in years. It was too short, too odd-looking, too… a lot of things, so I threw it out.

No, I didn’t.

This is what became of it – and its friends: the elastic tape and the gathered rectangle. (Did I mention that I have even less space in my wardrobe now?)

    I have that brown fabric too! I’ve made a top out of it, didn’t post it yet.

      Ooh, post it! I absolutely love the look of that fabric, but I’m not so impressed by the way it feels. Poor quality material is such a bother sometimes. :)

      I didn’t dislike this fabric. It’s very thin but worked very well with my serger. It also made all the gattering easier.
