Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I named this skirt the chocolate chip cookies skirt because just like chocolate chip cookies its good anytime, any day, with anything! i love adding very versatile pieces to my wardrobe. Its a half circle, button up skirt with cute patch pockets in a thick denim. I did off white top stitching and classic turtle shell buttons. At first it sat at my hips but with my short legs the knee length just made me look really short…i did a little surgery in the center back (pinching out an inch of the skirt and waist band) it now sits just below my belly button and i thinks it very flattering. i could not be happier with it! Self drafted pattern.
