The following modifications were made to the original table runner pattern found here
Piece A: 6 1/2″ × 14 1/2" (Cut 2-Blue Fabric)
Piece B: 36 1/2″ × 14 1/2" (Cut 2-Red Fabric)
Piece C: 12 1/2″ × 14 1/2" (Cut 1-Blue Fabric)
Iron white fabric to Heat N’ Bond Heavy Interfacing. Cut out a total of 20 2" stars. You’ll need 5 for each end of the runner and 10 for the center piece.
After stitching a red accent line on the blue pieces I added the stars and embellished with some red buttons. (Try red beads instead for a more classic look.)
The pieces for the top of the table runner are sewn together in the following order:
A-B-C-B-A
