Description

I drafted this pattern to take advantage of 2 design features I"m really enjoying lately – scoop backs and peplums. I’m actually wearing jeans because of it! The fabric is a quilting-weight cotton and the buttons are vintage. See more: http://rosiewednesday.blogspot.com/2014/06/the-blanco-peplum-blouse.html

Thanks, Mary! The peplum is giving me a reason to wear jeans again, so I’m really enjoying this top!

Like vintage buttons – it’s a special touch to the top.
