This is a Clerical outfit made for LARP wear. It is based on extant examples in the Victoria and Albert museum.
This outfit is an experimental piece, and is for sale. If you are interested, contact me via the messages or through the website below.
This was a joint effort, in that Su drafted the pattern for the robe, I drafted the one for the chasuble. Su did most of the construction work (I was working on doublets!).
The chasuble is made from a substantial velvet trimmed with sequined braid and lined with a gold taffeta lining. The robe is made from a washable viscose suiting, trimmed with the same narrow braid used on the chasuble.
What do you think of these summery styles?
