1. Lay out pattern pieces on fabric, aligning the grainlines. Cut pieces and transfer all markings to fabric.
2. Finish side and shoulder edges of front and back bodice pieces. If you do not have a serger, finish the waist edge as well. You do not need to finish the neckline edge.
3. Finish side and bottom edges of front and back skirt pieces. If you do not have a serger, finish the waist edge as well.
