Yes, i am obsessed with circle skirts. I can’t stop making them! This is a 3/4 circle skirt with some tucking detailing at the bottom. My ’ The art of manipulating fabric’ book by Colette Wolff, is where I found this technique. They are cross stitched tucks where some sections are sewn together at regular intervals to create little bows. I like how the weight of the detailing has changed the shape and flare of the skirt.
