Thanks Kasia and Burda Style for this great skirt pattern! I had my eyes on this pattern in 2008 and then I fell pregnant! so here is it better late than never :-) It was a fun pattern to make, as usual I stalled on the button holes and was hoping to make 2 and just sew the other 4 buttons onto the front, but I found that this skirt needs all 6 buttons to hold the front flap in place! I think I’ll get lots of wear out of my new denim skirt and I really like the high waist. If you haven’t made a Kasia you really should!!

I LOVE it in denim! So cute! I’ve been thinking about making a denim skirt, and I really like that this is more dressy, so I may go in that direction! Oh and also, you look fantastic!

I’ve been wanting to make a kasia, too. Every single one I’ve seen made on here I have liked, but I just haven’t got around to it yet.
Btw, love your new profile pic – she is so ADORABLE!!

Great Kasia! It’s such a versatile skirt! I’ve made a version of it myself, but it’s always in use, so I haven’t got around to take pictures!!! Just proves what a great pattern it is!
