when I saw the blog post on tencel I got interested in it and wanted to know what it feels like.
I didn’t think I would find that fabric on ebay, but I tried anyway – and I was lucky, 1€ : D
Now it’s a loose sailor top!
At the moment “loose” is essential because Germany seems to have moved south.
36°C what’s going on?
I used a pattern from burda magazine but changed it.
In the back and front there are some triangular shaped seams.
Oh, and I love the buttons, they have stripes at the sides : )

This is so cute! I have a question though, do you have to use a stretch needle when sewing with Tencel? Novice sewer here :)

Thank you!
I didn’t and it worked well (just used a zigzag stitch) but, to be honest, I don’t know much about needles.
I just tried and was happy to see there were no problems : )
