I think harem pants are just adorable on babies. It’s casual coolness plus enough ease to cover a diaper. This pattern is inspired by my RTW pants. I drafted it for elastic rather drapey jersey. However you can also use a T-shirt (at least size L) and elastic ribbing for waistband and cuff.
