Burda Style For people who sew
Description
It’s sort of a hat. It’s sort of a fascinator-headpiece-decoration-thingy. Whatever it is, I found it in some contemporary paintings/drawings when I researched my Victorian Evening Gown and I liked it :)
So I figured out how to make one and well: Here it is!
