New York, New Yo...
i whipped this up from a vintage vogue pattern, 7016. i say whipped up because it took about two hours, which is definitely light speed sewing for me:)
i find that vintage vogue has roughly three thousand inches of sewing ease. even though this pattern was a size smaller than my vintage size, i still had to take it in quite a bit.
the material, some sort of chiffon, was a dream to work with. it was a remnant, so i have no idea what it is specifically, and i wish i did! not too slippery, serged up beautifully. any guesses out there?
