Ths is very loosely based on a MCCalls pattern but with a few modifications – kept the raw edges gathered and exposed as a detail and added a couple of small darts to the back collar to help it sit a bit better. Kept a round neck and added some giant snappers as fastners. Also added some cuffed balloon sleeves. Got the fabric cheap in Istanbul and paid about a fiver for the lining. I know it has the white printers detail on the inside hem but I quite like that (??!!!)
It is very easy to wear and everyone seems to love it.
Plan to do LOTS of sewing over the festive break. Have a good xmas everyone.
It's time to enter for our grand prize, an EX100 machine PLUS a trip to Nashville!
