This is a short sleeved jacket in boiled wool, complemented by a skirt to make suit. The short sleeved jacket is a lovely pattern and the instructions are good. The learning points for me include to use more interfacing, especially in the hard wearing area of the front edges. I enjoyed making this project and look forward to improving on it when I repeat it in the future
I used boiled wool, but on balance something a little cheaper would be better. That said, the skirt piece was just £3.
This is a fun jacket as it is quite stylish for work. A bit crinkled in the photos as I’d been in the car
